As a massage therapist, I help people of all ages and lifestyles to feel more spacious, balanced, and at ease in the ways they move and experience their bodies. My work centers on listening to and calming the nervous system so we can access deeper care.

Like many of my clients, I lead an active life and value the learning that comes through movement, sensation, and rest. These and other essential bodily functions are regulated by the nervous system, which also dictates our response to physical touch.

Across 20 years of ongoing study and bodywork practice, I’ve developed a gentle, therapeutic approach that integrates various modalities to meet clients’ personal and physiological needs. Every session is personalized: I value open, collaborative communication so clients feel empowered in their care and can attune to the wisdom of their bodies.

Booking Appointments
To book an appointment, simply give us a call or book here. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged for the full session.
Location
We are located inside of Ethos Colorado. Use the main entrance and the massage therapy office is to the right!
How to Prepare
Set aside extra time before and after your session. Spend a few minutes before your massage clearing your mind, breathing, meditating, drinking water, doing whatever will help you get into a place so you can get the most out of your massage.
